Provided full analysis of the Te Atatu Intermediate refurbishment project which required checking existing Fire Rated Walls, Alarm Systems, Exit Signage as Crowd checks relating to the attached Hall. Structural Analysis was done for removing load bearing walls and providing beam, and bracing checks. The building achieved building consent and made clear the Structural Design and Fire Safety requirements for both Architect, Contractor, Project Manager and Client
