18-22 Moselle Ave is a commercial reclad project that required Fire Assessment(Previous Company)

This project involved completing a Review of the original fire systems for over 12 office buildings to see if they are compliant with the current use for each tenancy, GAP Analysis, reviewing existing fire-rated walls, structural supports and completing egress checks.

Josh provided practical knowledge to limit the extent of fire work so the primary goal of the project (to reclad the existing buildings) was done in a way to limit the overall cost to the client.
