This project involved completing fire reports for the townhouse development, providing insight for fire requirements and escape routes for a very dense site layout.

Providing advice on fire systems, IT Walls, and fire rated soffits, as well as allowing certain wooden accents on the external wall to achieve a great look for the two story townhouses.
